Mindful Parenting: A Positive Approach to Managing Stress And Anger for Parents and Care Providers Facilitated by: Leora White, MSStarts Wednesday, January 10th. Learn skills to recognize “early warning signs” and make different choices with your children. This 8-week class is offered on a sliding scale from $5-$20 per session and a pre-screen is required ~ it is not for those who are court mandated. The class is held Wednesdays from 5:30-7pm. To register, please contact CCC. Free onsite childcare (please request at time of registration) and light dinner provided before class from 5-5:30pm. Children age 4-8 will have the option to join the Rally Around Families Together Program to learn social skills through play and art activities.
