Join other individuals in a safe environment to learn and practice more awareness in daily life, working with the brain’s ability to grow and change, and decreasing anxiety and depression. Mindful Parenting: A Positive Approach to Managing Stress And Anger for Parents and Care Providers Facilitated by: Leora WhiteLearn skills to recognize “early warning signs” and make different choices with your children. This 8-week class is offered on a sliding scale from $5-$40 per session and a pre-screen is required ~ it is not for those who are court mandated. To register, please contact CCC. Free onsite childcare (please request at time of registration) and light dinner provided before class. Children age 4-8 will have the option to join the Rally Around Families Together Program to learn social skills through play and art activities. ** These classes are generously funded by the 2018 Great Rotary Raffle.
