Individual Services
A place to talk confidentially with a trained professional about the issues that matter to you. Throughout the process you will gain tools and insights to better cope with life's challenges.
"I was so against talking to anyone about my problems and emotions that I felt mad that I even had to go. My girlfriend had to force me to try therapy. Once I had talked to my counselor for the first time, I knew I was in good hands. I felt like I could talk about anything and I would be heard. I would get excited for our sessions because I knew I would get to learn more and share the progress I had made during the week. I’m very thankful for my time with my counselor and appreciate him and CCC dearly."
Relational Services
Relationship therapy helps people communicate their feelings and needs to each other without fear of being criticized or attacked.
"Getting matched with our couples counselor was like winning the lottery. She was empathetic and seemed to have a very good understanding of the dynamics between me and my spouse. She listened well, didn't interrupt, and contributed with comments and questions that were very helpful in each of our sessions. She came up with good solutions that were practical and appropriate. I felt very comfortable with her and would recommend my counselor and CCC to my family and friends."

"My therapist is an excellent listener, patient, and has the skills and abilities to summarize my comments as well as to ask pertinent questions. I never felt judged or uncomfortable in her presence. I always felt at ease and safe in the environment. I highly recommend CCC to others."
"My therapist at CCC made a huge impact on my life. She helped me work through and identify parts of my childhood that were affecting me more than I realized. She gave me coping tools and exercises to work through feelings instead of bottling them up. I am forever grateful for her help. She was very insightful, dug deep and asked questions... all of this has made me realize who I am and has gotten me back on track to being a happy successful person."
What clients say about CCC
"I’ve never felt so seen, supported, validated, and encouraged as when I’ve worked with my CCC therapist. She gave me grounding tools that I’ve carried with me into daily life, she helped me look inside and better know myself and who I want to be. I’ve never had a mental health provider who genuinely and thoroughly told me how she cared for me and then backed it up with actions that matched her words. I will always be grateful for my therapist's care, support, confidence, compassion, understanding, and humor."
"The people here are amazing and truly care about my needs and as a result my life has improved immensely! They truly care and offer solutions to resolve issues while giving time, patience, opportunity and space to heal and grow. This place is efficiently and professionally managed and the quality of staff couldn't be better! There is not one thing that I can think of that would make it better."
