Skills Building Courses

Individual counseling refers to a therapeutic process in which a person meets with a trained professional to explore and address their personal concerns and challenges. This type of counseling provides individuals with a safe and confidential space to discuss their feelings, thoughts, and experiences. During individual counseling sessions, the counselor works collaboratively with the client to identify and understand the root causes of their issues, develop coping strategies, and set achievable goals.

While most CCC services are open to all, we try to reserve our individual counseling spaces for those who are uninsured or underinsured, and have difficultly otherwise accessing services.

CCC offers weekly sliding scale therapy sessions (between $5-$40 per session) to help you meet your mental wellness goals. To find out if we are a good fit for you, click the button below.
