Navigating the Holidays with Intention

The holiday season can bring joy, but it can also intensify grief, loneliness, family conflict, stress, and painful memories. This five-week group provides a supportive space to understand your unique "holiday story," develop practical coping skills, and intentionally create a healthier holiday experience. Through discussion, reflection, and strategies, participants will build resilience while honoring both the challenges and possibilities of the season.
